Our job is to find the right candidate for the right role.  Living location and nationality are not a barrier.

Marivem is a global business with an international team - our CEO, Maria Doyle, is based on the ground in Switzerland.We have considerable experience recruiting successfully throughout Europe as well as in the USA, China, Middle East and Australia. 

Whether relocating from the UK to Germany or to a different location within Italy, we do not give ourselves boundaries on finding that right person wherever they are.  As a multi-lingual team, we also have the advantage of reaching out to many candidates in their own language, which we find significantly increases the response rates and also the speed of response.

We do not see finding the right fit of candidate and client as the end of our role.  We understand that the relocation process can require support both emotionally and administratively, so we keep close to our candidates until they physically start in their new role.
